About us

Shifting the healthcare paradigm from reactive to proactive.

The Prenuvo Research Network is a collaboration of researchers, physicians, and academic institutions working together to study how whole-body MRI can help detect certain conditions earlier than conventional tools may allow.
‍
We provide collaborators with access to the world's largest internal clinical whole-body MRI dataset—and the infrastructure to turn it into publishable science. All studies follow applicable ethical, patient safety, data integrity and regulatory compliance requirements, including collaborator institution IRB review where required.

ONGOING

Hercules

A prospective observational study aiming to enroll up to 100,000 participants to evaluate how whole-body MRI screening can help predict clinically significant diagnoses (CSD) in the general population and explore new biomarkers of disease.

*The outcomes of Prenuvo’s internal Polaris Study were based, in part, on patient-reported data and may be subject to responder bias. Findings should be interpreted in the context of these study limitations and have not yet been independently replicated.

Building an unprecedented picture of how disease develops over time

01

Uniting expertise across 50+ institutions

Our initial collaborators represent experts including those from City of Hope, UCSF, and Moffitt Cancer Center—examining real-world medical questions in ways constrained academic research cannot.

02

Studying early signs of structural & physiological change in the human body

Using the Prenuvo Imaging Biobank, we investigate how organs may change before symptoms appear—enabling research into Alzheimer’s, spinal aging, and other non-communicable diseases beyond conventional guidelines.

03

Generating meaningful insights into chronic diseases

Early findings show meaningful insights into a range of conditions—producing peer-reviewed research across many cancers, brain health, metabolic disease, and cardiovascular risk.
